Mr. Fathi Salah El Din Aref is among the distinctive leaders who worked in the field of Human Resources and Industrial Relations for more than 30 years in various sectors of industries, including heavy industries and Pharmaceutical in both Multinational and local companies.

The most recent and prominent positions of Mr. Fathi include the Group HR & Administration/Government Relations Chief Human Capital Officer at Al Sharkia Sugar Manufacturing. This is in addition to the Head of Human Resources at TCI Sanmar Group, one of the largest Petrochemicals companies in Egypt, and the Group HR & Administration Director (Executive Committee member) at Lafarge- Titan- Egypt.

The main duties of Mr. Fathi Salah El Din Aref include ensuring the effective implementation of the new organization and management, to maximize employees’ performance and efficiency and overseeing the implementation of the company’s Human Resources planning in accordance to its short-term and long-term business objectives. This is besides certifying the design and development of sound management practices, policies and procedures in the areas of employee relations, HR planning, recruitment, career development, training, compensation and benefits.

Mr. Fathi Salah El Din Aref holds a Bachelor of Law from Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University, and a Management Diploma from American University in Cairo- AUC, in addition to several high profile courses and trainings.
