Group SAP Application Section Manager

Job Purpose

• Leading and managing a portfolio of business change projects.
• Manage all business change projects from inception, delivery to closure supporting across the lifecycle of project delivery and benefits realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading and managing the company’s transformation, change projects and programs, which will comprise of but not limited to change management, business process re-design, and supporting elements, working closely with all support functions/colleagues.
• Responsible for providing the portfolio management across all business change projects, ensuring key project deliverables are delivered and maintained.
• Design the new business processes after the transformation implementation.
• Managing SAP implementation across the group companies.
• Manage the relation between the company and the third-party support.
• Coach to clarify assignments and deliverables to project team; review the quality of work the solutions and manage the integration.
• Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives.
• Ensure proper use of methodology, tools and procedures Ensures proper governance is in place to best meet processes objectives.
• Manage the stability phase by ensuring from people readiness and understanding of individual roles and process.
• Review and support business to develop the E2E process within the g organization Provide insight in processes performance in all business areas, based on a validated set performance indicator (KPIs).
• Build effective business model based on group’s priorities.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7 + years of experience with relevant SAP working as project manager or SAP project implementation.
• Experience in business application system development methodology and business process re-engineering.
• Minimum of one implementation and hands-on experience across SAP modules support.
• Relevant experience in S4 HANA would be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership & managerial skills.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
