Experience:

  • Support in group technical documentation and handbook
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Handle department claims
  • Experience with word processing and email programs
  • Technical documentation writer

Capabilities:

  • Active listening and good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft office
  • SAP

Language Skills:

  • Excellent in English
