Mr. Kassem Ali Kassem Mohamed Abdel Halim is the Group Chief Legal Officer at Misr Cement Group. Mr. Kassem is registered in the Egyptian Bar Association as cassation, constitutional and administrative lawyer for more than ten years. He is the founder and chairman of the International Law Group, which was established in Egypt in 1993, and is a civil law firm Specializes in all kinds of legal work. Mr. Qasim has rich experience of more than thirty years in various branches of law.

The extensive experiences of Mr. Kassem Ali Kassem include being an authorized patent and trademark agent, licensing expert, accredited local and international arbitrator at the London Chamber of Arbitration, and an accredited arbitrator at Ain Shams Center for Arbitration. Mr. Kassem had worked in many Egyptian, international and Arab companies, including: Mansour and Alaber companies in Egypt and Kuwait.

Mr. Kassem Ali Kassem is a member in many important Egyptian and regional entities and federations such as the Arab Lawyers Union, the International Federation of Lawyers in France (UIA), the International Bar Association (IBA), the American Bar Association (ABA), the Arab Society for the Protection of Intellectual Property, the Arab Society for Administration, the Egyptian Association for International Law, and the Egyptian Tax Association.

Mr. Kassem Ali Kassem holds a Bachelor degree in Law from Zagazig University, in addition to an honorary doctorate from the German International Center for Governance and Sustainability and a master’s degree in law from Ain Shams University, in addition to several postgraduate diplomas and prestigious training courses.
